Bought 2 end tables here recently, and a salesperson named Ban helped me. Shortly after, I needed a sofa, so went back and got Ban again! She is awesome. Was able to answer all of my questions, and was very helpful throughout the process both times. I got really nice furniture and at a great price. Wasn’t sure what to expect when I first went here, but the place, and the furniture is much nicer than you would expect from looking at the place from the outside. Don’t judge a book by its cover! Highly recommend.

We had such a phenomenal experience with Ana at Furniture Now! She was so attentive and insightful to our needs. She helped my mother pick out a gorgeous bed that will look fantastic in her new home! They offered my mother such an incredible deal for such a high quality piece of furniture! We loved our experience with Ana and we definitely will be back!

UPDATE to my post regarding Furniture Now! To my fellow neighbors who have seen my previous post or any who reads this subsequently. I MUST retract my previous admonition to avoid this vendor. Once the owners saw my post, they reached out personally to me, and even in the midst of dealing with things in their own lives, made the commitment to me to make this situation right. And they delivered! They first made a good faith effort (hours of labor) to repair the furniture pieces! When that did not work out, they replaced the defective pieces at no cost to us. They brought new pieces and hauled away the defective ones. That kind of accountability and customer service is rare in business these days, and as a customer of theirs, this has certainly solidified a relationship. The experience with the owners was a complete 180 from our previous experience with the manager. I am compelled by this experience with the owners of Furniture Now, to earnestly recommend them as a neighborhood vendor, local, not a chain, and personally invested in their customers' satisfaction. I have never been happier to be wrong. Please seek them out for your next purchase. Absolutely horrible experience! We bought several pieces of furniture from them. They are super friendly when selling it to you. But, almost every piece of furniture we purchased was damaged, broken, malfunctioning, or started falling apart in less than 6 months. Their process for repairs is ridiculously long. They take no responsibility for the quality of the furniture they sell, and they treat you like you're the problem when they have to make things right. They send technicians who actually cause more damage to the furniture when they are supposed to be fixing it, and then tell you, you are being unreasonable when you want the technicians supervised while making repairs. We recently purchased a dining set from Furniture Now in Santa Clarita CA. We came to them, after receiving one of their mail out catalogs. But before visiting their large showroom filled with beautiful furniture; we stopped by two other stores, and compare prices and selection. No comparison at all! Furniture Now is the best. Wallace the sales representative, promised to deliver our beautiful dining set as per our specifications; before a party we were hosting that day, and the set delivered on time. Just superb!

You know I have always drove past Furniture Now and always wanted to stop by since we are on the market for a new couch I am 100% happy I did. I was so impressed with how huge this store is inside. It is 88,000 square talk about massive. So many furniture pieces to see a wide range of styles and colors to choose from. Very happy with the customer Service as well. Dominic, Javier, and Noah were super friendly, they showed us different styles of sofas they had in store and could be ordered. Even the employees at the customer service desk had a smile and greeted us as soon as we walked in. If you are on the look out for some new furniture trust me you won't be disappointed. Ashley's has nothing on this store with unbeatable prices.
